With the help of family, friends and peers, all of whom are very talented individuals with big hearts, Bill has started Give Clean Water Now, Inc.
Bill’s passion is to “Live a life of service to others.” As an alumni of Lutheran grade school, Lutheran high school, as an active member of his church and Rotary for years and as a father of 5 children Bill has been involved in helping people in many different capacities. He has pursued the concept of living a life of service to others. Bill is now committed his life to serving others full time.
Bill is recognized by clients and colleagues as a consummate professional with the highest degree of integrity. He is known for a contagious passion for excellence, a talent for resourceful business solutions and a capacity for motivational leadership. Bill possesses outstanding communication and presentation abilities, is skilled in persuasive negotiation, and providing excellent customer service.
Bill launched Elite Mortgage Group, Inc., an award winning start-up company in 2002. Until 2010 he operated this company which grew from 1 to 12 employees. Bill managed Elite to profitability for 16 consecutive years through strategic planning initiatives.
Bill has served others in the following capacities:
- Board Member/Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Wheaton A.M. 1998-2006
- Board of Finance Member, Trinity Lutheran Church, Roselle, 2002-2007
- President of the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce 2001-2002
- Ambassador for the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce
- Member of the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce from 1996 through present

As a board member and adviser, Terry brings a broad business background earned from years of managing various organizations in positions up to and including both CFO and CEO. Coupled with this experience, Terry has strong academic qualifications having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University.
Terry is proud father of 2 and resides in Batavia, Illinois with his wife Peg. Terry enjoys spending free time working out and with his granddaughter Claire.
